When should I archive a topic?

Topics for which work has been completed (or cancelled) can be archived. Archiving a topic means the quotes within it will no longer be searchable or accessible via the Quotes view (including the Bird's Eye view).

These topics are still present in the Herald database and can be navigated to, for example, via the contact view. However, archiving a topic helps reduce the "clutter" that your teammates will need to consider when adding customer quotes. We encourage the Product Owner (PO) to regularly archive issues that have been completed.

Archiving a topic also reduces the number of active feedback in your workspace. As such, it may help reduce your bill ;-)
